“Improv Revealed” at the Actors Centre

Have you ever wondered what’s the deal with Improv? You’re in luck because you’ll finally be able to disclose all the inner secrets of this fascinating and funny form of theatre.

Join the experienced Improv group “Sprout Ideas” on Saturday 20th January at 8 pm at the Actors Centre, where 5 fine performers, directed by Dave Bourn will lead you into discovering the hilarious world of Improv.

Performers Cameron Blair, Carlotta Di Gregori, Jon Cohen, Khiley Williams, Dave Bourn and James Wordsworth (with pianist Paul Ayres) will dissect the art of improvisation in this workshop that is fun, interactive, creative and all improvised based on participant suggestions.

“Sprout Ideas” will present some improvisation and then break down the components illustrating how the creative and collaborative process works, providing the perfect opportunity to have fun, and understand more about this kind of performance.

It’s a unique chance to experience both an improv show, and have a look behind the “curtain”.

The event is “Pay What You Want” so we reccommend to get to the venue early to secure a seat.
