It’s not only Russian oligarchs who can collect art as prices begin at £50. There will also be panel discussions, film screenings, performance art and live music over the four days. One corner of the fair will be transformed into a cafeteria – complete with PVC checked tablecloths – inspired by guest artist Martin Parr’s snapshots of British food.
