RA Francis Bacon: Man and Beast postponed.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the national lockdown across England, the Royal Academy has had to make the difficult decision to postpone Francis Bacon: Man and Beast. With the ongoing closure due to government restrictions, the Royal Academy is unable to proceed with opening the exhibition in the Main Galleries on 30 January 2021. Future dates for Francis Bacon: Man and Beast, will be announced in due course.
All current ticket holders will be contacted shortly, says the media statement released by the Royal Academy this morning.
Pending government guidance, the Royal Academy will announce a reopening date in due course, and is now reviewing the 2021 exhibition programme to share further information when available.
